- Loperamide (Imodium) 2mg PO after each loose stool. Max: 16 mg/day.
- Diphenoxylate/Atropine (Lomotil) 2.5mg / 0.025 mg, take 1-2 tabs po bid-qid prn for diarrhea. *Also comes as a suspension.
- Bismuth Subsalicylate (Pepto-Bismol, Kaopectate) 265 mg, take 2 tabs po q1h prn for diarrhea. Max: 4200 mg/24h. *Also comes as a suspension.
