Requirements
- 1 ml of Kenalog 40mg / 1 ml PLUS 2 ml of Lidocaine 1% in a syringe totaling 3 ml.
- Spinal Needle. A spinal needle is a very long needle.
- Ethyl Chloride Spray to numb the skin.
- Chlorhexidine OR Povidone iodine to clean the area
- Sterile gloves, size 7 for me.
- Ultrasound Machine, turn it on and running.
