Systemic symptoms: Patient denies fever/chills, night sweats, fatigue/weakness, anorexia, weight loss.

Pulmonary symptoms: Patient denies cough> 3 weeks, hemoptysis, pleuritic chest pain.

Extrapulmonary symptoms: No back pain, abdominal pain, or altered mental status.

Denies tender lymph nodes

Patient evaluated for and denies any specific risk factors for being infected with the TB Bacteria (latent TB infection) and risk factors for developing TB disease (i.e. progressing to active TB)
