Treatment
-ABCs – first assess airway and breathing. Give oxygen and use bag-mask if needed.
-Naloxone (Narcan) IV or IM or SC (May be given intranasally or through ETT). Dose: 0.4-2mg SC/IM/IV q2-3min prn; Alt: 0.005mg/kg IV x1, then 0.0025-0.16mg/kg/h IV.
