Come up with patient education infographics on common conditions seen in the clinic setting. Display them on this website. Take patients to it and spend a couple of minutes going through the infographic to educate them about their conditions.
That will provide a review for you as well for what needs to be done so you don’t miss anything while at the same time teaching the patients about their own health conditions.
They don’t all have to be infographics. Tables and images could be arranged nicely on a page in a way that flows and is easy to go through with the patient.
Use PowerPoint to create flow diagrams. Use PS as well. Consider using upwork for help.
