#Sinusitis, Recurrent

Dr. T treated a patient with recurrent frontal sinusitis with frontal sinus pain and fullness in the ears with.
Z-pack and Triamcinolone acetonide IM x 1
On day 4, the patient returned improved–frontal sinus pain resolved; feeling fullness in one ear and mild pain in the temples when she sneezes.
Rx: Prednisone 20mg. Take 3 tablets once daily for five days. Disp # 15

Decadron 10mg IM x 1
Toradol 60mg IM x 1
Medrol Dosepak 4mg PO, taper, as directed for 6 days.
Zithromax Tri-Pak 500mg oral tabl po daily for 5 days.
Ultram 50 mg q8 hrs Dispense: 12 tabs.
