#Submandibular gland prolapse, bilateral
53 yo F w/ bilateral prolapse submandibular gland. This is common with age as the glands descend under gravity.
Tx:
-2 glasses of water plus sour candy TID
-Ultrasound of neck looking at submandibular glands and lymph nodes in neck area.
-F/u after studies are done.
