I have used Ketoconazole 2% cream to tx tinea corpora with my PD. Also used it to treat a mild version of tinea capitis in a 6 yo male w/ Sorci. If it doesn’t work, tx w/ oral med.
I have used Clotrimazole 1% cream, Dispense 60 grams,  to treat fungal rash to the trunk. Image, Clotrimazole 1% cream.

1 Azoles have activity against dermatophytes, tinea versicolor, and Candida. Sulconazole, oxiconazole, and luliconazole may be less effective for Candida infection than other azoles.
2 Allylamines can treat Candida in addition to dermatophytes and tinea versicolor, but may be less effective than azoles and ciclopirox for Candida infection.
