AKA: Sports and Exercise Clearance, Sports Physical Evaluation, Preparticipation Physical Evaluation (PPE).

-See History.
-Normal vital signs. Normal vision, hearing.
-Heart (CV) and lung exam are normal. Normal femoral pulses (to r/o aortic coarctation).
Musculoskeletal exam – normal.
-Marfan screen – Normal
-No need for screening EKG, CXR,  echo, blood work or UA in this asymptomatic patient.
-Pt is evaluated for PPE and underwent the 12-step AHA preparticipation screening. No abnormalities revealed that would preclude participation in sport.
-Counseling: Pt counseled on preventative measures to prevent common injuries while participating in sports. Appropriate anticipatory guidance provided.
